Joe Wick’s Chunky Monkey Shake Recipe

This is my favourite healthy yummy breakfast- if you don’t like the sound of peanut butter and banana- just try it! I promise you will love it!
Actually it has become our family favourite too! (We just leave out the protein powder for children)

Joe Wick’s Chunky Monkey Shake Recipe
Equipment
Blender or Smoothie Maker
Measuring Spoons- Tablespoons (Tbsp) and teaspoons (tsp)
Measuring Jug
Ingredients
½ banana, peeled and roughly chopped
½ tbsp cacao powder
1 ½ tbsp peanut butter (Do not use Sunpat or any other peanut butter with added sugar- Whole Earth is great!)
250ml almond milk ( You can subsitute with Coconut milk too)
1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder ( I tend to use Vanilla Protein Powder- which tastes good too!)
2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Method
- Measure and pour milk into the container
- Put the banana, cacao powder, peanut butter and protein powder into the container
- Screw on lid, blend and enjoy!
